LEAP Low birth weight infant Evaluation & Assessment Program
We offer periodic developmental screening and assessment of premature (less than 33 weeks) and low birth weight infants (less than 3 lbs, 15 oz.) birth to age three, who are at risk for developmental delay.
We also offer screening and referrals for Early Intervention Services.
