Located adjacent to CHAM, the Family Care Center (FCC) cares for children and families from the west and central Bronx, upper Manhattan, and lower Westchester.
Serving an ethnically and socio-economically diverse population, the FCC offers family-care centered services in:
- Pediatrics,
- Adult medicine,
- OB-GYN,
- A variety of adult sub-specialties.
Pediatric subspecialty patients are seen next door at CHAM. Nutritionists, social workers, and a pediatric nurse practitioner are also available at this practice.
