Located adjacent to The Children's Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM), the Family Care Center (FCC) cares for children and families from the west and central Bronx, northern Manhattan and lower Westchester.
Serving an ethnically and socioeconomically diverse population, FCC offers family-care centered services in:

- A variety of adult subspecialties
Pediatric subspecialty patients are seen next door at CHAM. Nutritionists, social workers and a pediatric nurse practitioner are also available at this practice.
