Tips: "Call the Doctor"

   If the child is...

  • 2 months or younger and their fever is 100.3 degrees or higher
  • 3 to 6 months: 101 degrees or higher
  • Older than 6 months: 103 degrees or higher
  • If any fever persists more than 24 hours despite medication.
  • If you really get the sense that something is wrong.

  • Sore Throat
  • Earache
  • Cough
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Pain when urinating
  • Skin rash
  • Stiff neck
